If you haven’t acquired one already, you’ll need a Zoom user ID and password.  Many people will be able to use their current Clearview user ID.  In fact, if your user ID was available in our system, we’ve already reserved it for you.  Others will need to select a new one.  An Armstrong technical support representative will assist you in establishing your user ID as well as help with the changes you will need to make on your computer.  Zoom e-mail can also be accessed through our community portal,

Is there a way to let my friends and family know that my e-mail address is changing?

Yes.  For the transition, Armstrong has built a special feature that a technical support representative can enable for you.  When enabled, this feature delivers an auto-response message to the sender:

Armstrong will forward mail to me from my account during this transition period.  However, you should take this opportunity to update my contact information in your address book.  After December 30, 2009, mail to my account will no longer be forwarded.
